The exact scope, pricing, timeline, ownership terms, hosting arrangements, and ongoing service obligations for a client project are defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Pricing and Billing

Public website pricing is a starting point for the packages shown and may not cover custom integrations, usage-based services, additional locations, advertising spend, or work outside the listed scope. Final pricing and payment terms are confirmed before work begins.

Cancellation and Ownership

Cancellation, hosting, transfer, and ownership terms depend on the services purchased and are described in the client agreement. We will explain those terms before a client signs or pays for a project.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, rankings, booking volume, or other business results. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, pricing, operations, demand, competition, and how leads are handled by the business.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rich Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Any additional limitations for paid services may be stated in the applicable client agreement.

Governing Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
