I started Rich Connect to help local service businesses do a better job with the leads they already work hard to earn.

My background is in sales, so I care less about adding another tool and more about what happens after a homeowner calls, fills out a form, or tries to book. The goal is to make that process easier for the customer and easier for the business to manage.

Rich Connect is based in Morgan, Utah. I work directly with clients, stay involved in the build, and keep communication simple so you know what is being changed and why.
